Rates & Taxes: Rates do not include 9% Maine sales tax. High season rates are from mid-June to mid-October.
Minimum Stay: 3-night minimum stay required.
Cancellation Policy:
- Short term rentals: Full refund minus $35.00 with two weeks notice
- Weekly/monthly rentals: Deposits held if cancelled within 30 days; refund minus $100.00 if rebooked
