The Beach Cottage Inn offers a variety of one bedroom and studio suites with kitchenettes for short or longer-term stays. Designed for couples and larger parties alike, many of our rooms can also be joined for added comfort and privacy. Interested in staying for a longer period or have kids? We also rent large, fully-equipped two bedroom apartments in our adjacent Beach House property.

We are central to Lincolnville's beach activity, only steps away from the ever popular sand beach, shops, restaurants and Isleboro Island Ferry. We are located directly on the ocean with magnificent views of Penobscot Bay and its marine activities. Experience the charm of a rural village and beach atmosphere at your doorstep.
